Beyond capital, we work closely with founders through our network, platform, and community initiatives. We're looking for a Content Strategist who can help build one of India's most respected VC brands by turning insights, founders, and portfolio stories into high-quality content. What You'll Do Develop and own the content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, and the 16VC website. Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with investment themes and company priorities. Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, founder spotlights, website pages, and event promotions. Interview founders, operators, and investors to create authentic stories. Collaborate with the design team to bring ideas to life through visual content. Develop scripts for videos, podcasts, and short-form content. Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach. Stay on top of startup, AI, and venture capital trends to identify content opportunities. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, journalism, startup marketing, or brand communications. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging content formats. Experience creating content for startups, technology, venture capital, or B2B companies. Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Nice to Have Experience working with founders or investors. Basic SEO knowledge.
