We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Content Strategist to manage promotional content execution and scheduling for our digital signage programs. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery by coordinating execution plans, optimizing promotional schedules, and managing key content-related processes. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our client campaigns, ensuring that the right content is displayed at the right time in the right place.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and consolidation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Execution Plans for digital signage programs, ensuring proper activation and deactivation of promotions.
  • Review and refine client promotional schedules, creating detailed internal documentation and identifying any missing information.
  • Ensure accurate execution of promotional content by displaying relevant promotions on designated screens at optimal times, tailored to regional needs.
  • Oversee CRM activities, including task tracking and date assignments.
  • Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) file uploads, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Consolidate and analyze quarterly program data for submission to third-party analytics partners.
