Pompa Program is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Content Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer and content creator with a knack for producing high-quality, engaging content at a rapid pace. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for generating 3-5 one-page posts per day across various platforms, including social media, blog articles, and email newsletters. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Pompa Program’s mission and goals.
• Create 3-5 one-page posts per day across multiple platforms, including social media, blog articles, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Conduct research on relevant topics and trends to inform content creation.
• Optimize content for SEO and engagement metrics.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future content strategy.
