Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:

The Content Strategy and Engagement Coordinator focuses on the scheduling, production management, distribution, and tracking of content across the Division of Public Relations, Marketing, and Creative Services and works under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications. This position collaborates with the University public relations, creative and digital communications, Web team, and advertising teams and serves in a strategic role for content alignment and engagement with key University audiences including faculty and staff, undergraduate and graduate students, prospective students, prospective partners and donors, social influencers, opinion leaders, and the general public.
This position also helps to coordinate the University’s social media presence to increase NSU’s reputation and visibility by demonstrating the distinctive NSU culture, contributions, initiatives, and experiences. This individual contributes to the development and ongoing analysis of a strategic content management framework that engages key stakeholders, highlights the University’s impact on the communities it serves, and aligns with the University’s mission.
