SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • Content Strategy and Storytelling: Experience in architecting content strategies, planning, and managing editorial calendars, and writing/editing lifestyle or commerce stories to drive engagement and sales

  • Trend Awareness: Stays up to date on style, commerce and digital trends and technologies to keep strategies relevant and effective
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using digital analytics and insights to inform content strategies and measure performance. Ability to develop and manage a reporting system that communicates insights and metrics
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with to align strategies and achieve business goals
  • Project Management: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying content strategies, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Identify storytelling opportunities around our company, products and style trends in partnership with our Merchandising, our Fashion Office and Trends teams.
  • Report, write and produce emails and multimedia-heavy digital experiences in partnership with Creative and Interactive Marketing that fit the brand’s voice and style while still driving revenue.
  • Synthesize marketing campaign details into effective digital content strategies and actionable creative briefs; partner with Creative to ensure campaign assets are optimized for customer touchpoints and effectively communicate campaign messages in ways that engage consumers.
  • Quarterback editorial packages and special projects from inception to execution to drive earned media and customer engagement.
  • Extend storytelling opportunities to non-digital owned touchpoints, including in-store experiences, marketing activations and paid media channels.
  • Align storytelling across owned and third-party platforms by collaborating with the Social/Influencer, Partnerships and Media teams.
  • Develop and execute content marketing partnerships with external vendors that drive earned media and sales.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and synthesize insights to make informed decisions about future content strategy.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
