Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in the coordination and operationalization of SRI’s content strategy, ensuring that all aspects of the workstream are effectively managed. The individual will oversee project planning, content development, campaign leadership, and channel oversight, including newsletters, Wiki, and Slack. Additionally, vendor management will be a key responsibility, particularly in relation to customer case studies with AWS Marketing vendor and Elite Editing. The position requires preparing detailed reports for the extended leadership team (XLT) and key internal stakeholders regarding project statuses. This is an opportunity to leverage extensive experience and creativity while leading a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and operationalize SRI’s content strategy across various channels.
  • Oversee project planning and execution for content development initiatives.
  • Lead campaign strategies and ensure effective communication across platforms such as newsletters, Wiki, and Slack.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including overseeing customer case studies with AWS Marketing vendor and Elite Editing.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the extended leadership team (XLT) and other key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Utilize extensive experience to plan, execute, and accomplish goals while directing the work of others.

Skills:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with familiarity in program management concepts.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to innovate within established frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and project analysis.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration among members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management or a related area.
