Job Purpose: This position is responsible for managing procurement catalogs and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to enhance catalog coverage, ensure quality, and streamline processes. The primary focus is on analyzing data to uncover opportunities for consolidating spend into catalogs, acting as a specialist on buying channels, catalog management, and supplier enablement. Additionally, the role involves educating stakeholders through training sessions and the development of standard operating procedures to ensure best practices are followed. Your main tasks will be: Manage the setup and maintenance of internal, vendor-managed & punchout catalogs during the migration process. Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and business users to ensure timely and high-quality catalog migrations. Provide guidance to procurement teams, suppliers, and business users on proper catalog processes and types, ensuring compliance with established standards. Act as a specialist on buying channel, catalog and supplier enablement topics. Helping to analyze spend and catalog usage to identify new catalog opportunities. Manage the supplier enablement inbox, ensuring suppliers are supported throughout the enablement process. Create forms in global P2P solution. Your profile should look like: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification (preferably in business administration, economics, finance, technology). Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement functions and especially in P2P operational would be advantageous. Proficiency in English & German – reading, writing & speaking. Your key competencies: · Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Office, Excel – using Pivots, Vlookup, Word, Powerpoint). · Very good communication skills. · High self-motivation, solution-oriented thinking and creativity. · Affinity to work independently and flexible (based on supported region). · Knowledge and expertise with ePurchasing tools (e.g. Coupa, GeT, OneSRM, Oracle) would be advantageous. · Good analytical skills. · Affinity to work with new tools and technologies. · Willingness and aptitude to learn new digital platforms and apply them for improvement in daily work. · Affinity towards digitalization, displaying digital mindset and behaviour.
