Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at identifying and developing opportunities to drive increased sales of our technologies in both new and existing accounts. The successful candidate will leverage their deep sales and product/vertical expertise to foster new business growth with tecnology and Manufactoring companies within Western EMEA (excluding Candinavia and the UK).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in building a stong relationships with Technology or/and manufactoring companies
  • 3+ years in consultative business development or a similar customer-centric role
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • A strong drive to exceed business goals and make a significant impact
  • A proven interest in modern technologies like AI and the ability to sell these into enterprise accounts
  • Sales expertise in high-tech and manufacturing is a plus
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent at questioning and listening to understand prospects’ needs
  • Ability to communicate solutions and ideas effectively
  • A can-do attitude, quick learner, and self-motivated
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to coordinate activities across functions
  • Ability to define problems, understand requirements, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
  • A fast learner who enjoys self-education and staying updated on industry trend

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline, negotiate complex deals, build relationships and achieve revenue growth goals
  • Determine sales strategies with marketing team
  • Establish strong internal relationships with colleagues responsible for executing sold solutions
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates, seeking feedback and direction as needed
  • Support management in enhancing the operational effectiveness of focused initiatives
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and effectively highlight relevant product features and benefits.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of RWS products and solutions.
  • Seek feedback, coaching, and mentoring to develop your sales expertise and advance your career.
