We're looking for a strong writer with producer instincts. Someone who can run a content engine, not just write essays. The right person has strong editorial taste, real production discipline, and is genuinely curious about healthcare and AI.You will be based in The Netherlands, with the expectation of spending at least 50% of your time at the office.Some areas of responsibilityRun kaiko's content function as editor-in-chief: editorial direction, production discipline, and multi-format output across written, video, infographics, social, and executive content.Turn high-touch moments (roundtables, conferences, hospital site visits) into multi-format content: long-form articles, insight reports, video pieces, LinkedIn series, customer stories.Build a testimonial and customer use case program from the ground up; support our founder and leadership in shaping their public voices.Partner with the customers, production agencies, and designers, to deliver the strategy. Own content KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy across video and written content.
• Manage the editorial calendar across multiple channels.
• Develop audience-focused content plans aligned to commercial goals.
• Lead video content direction across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Brief, coach and support the Content Creator.
• Define and maintain tone of voice and editorial standards.
• Support SEO-focused content planning and delivery.
• Analyse content performance and continuously improve content strategy.
