Job Title: Content Writer

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a content writer with a passion for writing content from a marketing perspective. As a content writer in our team, you will play an important role in creating SEO-optimised content for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy to produce high-quality content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand’s goals and effectively promotes our online presence.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role in a digital marketing setting. Experience in B2B/B2C content is a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a focus on SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Knowledge of keyword research, link-building strategies, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and creating content for social platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and how content fits into an overall marketing strategy.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is an advantage.
• Ability to write compelling CTAs and persuasive content for various marketing purposes (e.g., product descriptions and promotional emails).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
