ReminderMedia is seeking an ambitious junior content writer to join our remote editorial team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for brainstorming, researching, and writing compelling articles for our suite of digital and print marketing products. You’ll also craft engaging marketing copy for emails and social media posts for our social products. This includes pitching fresh ideas, collaborating with our team, and interviewing featured contributors. If you enjoy writing in the fields of lifestyle and culture, health and wellness, or home and garden—and are excited to work with or learn about AI to elevate your storytelling—this position might be the perfect fit for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and experience with WordPress are required
• Content writing experience in digital marketing, specifically in real estate, and knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style are preferred

REMOTE REQUIREMENTS

• 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST or PST shift options available) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts.
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet service.
• The company will provide all equipment needed to work remotely - including computer, webcam, headset, and phone service.

• Research and develop topics you will be writing about.
• Leverage AI tools to generate marketing emails, social media copy, and blog posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. Review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, creativity, and effectiveness, adjusting as needed to meet high-quality standards. Analyze AI performance to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback or training data to enhance AI outputs over time.
• Meet and exceed minimum expectations for articles and blog posts written.
• Proofread and make revisions on copy based on feedback.
• Multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality, with minimal grammatical revisions on copy.
