REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with Construction & Engineering disputes including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC as well as all forms of ADR, and will have experience and knowledge of the major forms of contract.
We require a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of supervising junior lawyers and an appetite to assist in growing the Construction & Engineering team’s existing contentious offering.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and established lawyer at Partner or Senior Associate level to join our existing Construction & Engineering team and support our ambitious growth strategy.
