• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in environments that may have water damage, smoke damage, or be in disrepair post-disaster.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Contents Processor and House Cleaner in the restoration field, you’ll play an essential role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after disasters. You’ll work hands-on, cleaning and restoring contents and spaces affected by floods, fires, sewer backups, and post-demo/construction cleaning. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, dynamic role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contents Processing:

  • Carefully pack out, clean, and inventory personal belongings and contents
  • Restore items using industry-specific techniques, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Safely store and organize restored contents, preparing them for return to clients.

• Post-Demo and Construction Cleaning:

  • Perform detailed cleaning of homes and businesses post-demo, including debris removal, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Clean floors, windows, and surfaces post-construction, ensuring the space is ready for use.
  • House Cleaning:
  • Provide deep cleaning services in homes affected by disasters, including scrubbing floors, disinfecting surfaces, and sanitizing spaces.
  • Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe and thorough restoration.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the project manager, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling hazardous materials when necessary.
