What You’ll Do: Manage contents jobs from start to finish Walk customers through the process and set clear expectations Supervise pack-outs, deliveries, and jobsite workflow Coordinate scheduling and work orders Use RMS and Assured PackOut to track progress and document details Approve job invoices and support billing accuracy What You Bring: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Solid time management and attention to detail Comfort using software and learning new tech Ability to climb ladders and work in post-disaster environments Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bilingual a plus, but not required Why Paul Davis?
