Email: mary.schliewe@pauldavis.com Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity Work at the direction of the Lead Technician Generate a salvageable or non-salvageable contents inventory Record, label, & download all customer's personal contents using Assured Software Deliver exceptional customer service to customer and or client Maintain good internal communications with M&C Project Mgr. Maintain organization on all job sites Complete all jobs in an efficient and timely manner Jobsite security and safety Must Have Valid Driver's License Must Be Able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings Education: High School Diploma or Higher Experience: Entry Level Physical Demands: Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs. May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull. Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling. Ability to work in confined spaces. Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat. Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times. Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions. Reports to: Lead Technician Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm shift with 30 minute lunch Monday - Friday. The employee is expected to work overtime when requested. The employee is expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis. This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor to be maintained at all times.
