Ensure the operation of key technologies aligns with defined SLAs.
Coordinate key technical operational activities such as Disaster Recovery testing.
Measure and report on performance against SLAs and KPIs, communicating results to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end delivery of functionality from the Zscaler platform.
Coordinate changes, developments, and improvements to the Zscaler platform.
Lead and implement technology and process enhancements, demonstrating value to stakeholders.
Coordinate with large international vendors to ensure feature requests are managed.
Keep abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in Zero Trust, recommending solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure the effectiveness of Contextual Access and automation initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance scalability and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate operational risks.
Establish best practices, standards, governance frameworks, and processes.
Work with the Group Cybersecurity team in case of Cybersecurity incidents
