A minimum of 3 years’ experience in urology sales is essential
Be part of something new - this is one of the first two hires in a newly created Continence Division within the organisation. This role will be pivotal in shaping the division’s presence, strategy, and growth! With a focus on driving adoption of continence solutions in both acute and community settings.

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to the specialist nature of the role, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in urology sales (essential)
  • A proven track record of working within continence/urology across NHS and community settings
  • Strong knowledge of the drug tariff and experience with formulary inclusion (highly desirable)
  • The ability to build credible and influential relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders
  • A self-starter mindset, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a start-up style environment within an established business

Responsibilities

THE ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (NEW BUSINESS STRATEGIC SALES)

You will sell a portfolio of continence products into a broad range of healthcare providers, building strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders including consultants, nurses, continence teams and framework managers.

  • With a focus on formulary inclusion. This role is predominantly new business development with some account management.
  • The opportunity to pioneer a brand-new division in a well-established healthcare business.
  • You will also deliver product training and education to healthcare teams, supporting best practice and improving patient outcomes.
  • This role will build into people management as the division grows!
