Kincell is seeking a highly motivated Material Handler I who will be a key contributor to a dynamic and collaborative Supply Chain team. The Material Handler I will be responsible for the movement, protection, storage, and control of materials and products throughout warehousing, distribution, and disposal. Includes but is not limited to moving stock, documenting deliveries, monitoring supplies, and completing scheduled shipments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process product returns and interact with supplier customer service as needed. Process incoming and outgoing inventory accurately and diligently per procedure Communicate and work with appropriate internal staff for sales order executions, product returns, product inventory, and capitalized assets. Receive inbound shipments per procedure. Maintain receiving documents in accordance with procedures. Maintain controlled inventory per procedure and instructions. Properly label inventory per procedure and instruction Maintain controlled inventory secured by lock and key or other measures as assigned. Perform cycle counts accurately and diligently as instructed. Accurately document quality, quantity, delivery times, and other pertinent and applicable information for all receipts Appropriately prepare outbound shipments and accurately prepare documentation needed to ensure timely, tracked, and safe delivery with service clients, external labs, and partners Communicate with shipment recipients as needed. Organize and file shipment documentation per procedure. Communicate and work with internal staff for material and shipment needs. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully. Minimum High school diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience 3+ years of relevant experience preferred. Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and/or equivalent ERP Inventory Systems Understanding of Quality Systems and material controls Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet strict deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure, able to multi-task. Ability to work both independently and within a team as required. Ability to compile information in a clear and accurate format. Strong communication skills (oral and written) PC proficient including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft TEAMS & Excel.
