Description
Manage the improvement project pipeline, prepare business cases, and oversee initiatives across TSSR. Lead Six Sigma projects and coach team members to build capability. Continuously refine the CSI framework through collaboration with CI leads in other centres. Track and report benefits delivered by CSI initiatives. Contribute to methodology, standards, KPI development, best practices, and internal communications within TSSR and across TSSCs. Experienced in establishing or driving Lean/Six Sigma disciplines within the IT industry. Strong knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering principles. Results-oriented with analytical and adaptable thinking.Inspirational communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Holds Six Sigma Green Belt certification with at least 3 years of project experience as a Lean practitioner. ITIL V3 certified with practical application experience. Fluent in English and possesses medium-level financial acumen to track performance indicators. Expertise in business process optimisation and continual improvement frameworks.
