As a Continuing Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission — providing
personalized, respectful, and dignified care that supports the physical, emotional, and
spiritual well-being of each resident.

Your days will include:

• Helping residents with daily living activities while fostering dignity and

independence

• Offering comfort, companionship, and encouragement
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health or routines
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment
• Working closely with the care team, families, and other departments
• Documenting care and helping update care plans
• Mentoring new staff and CCA students when needed
