Description Position Overview: Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Service; the Continuous Improvement Analyst identifies, analyzes, and optimizes processes to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance. This role will design, recommend, implement, and track improvements, collaborating across departments to foster a culture of operational excellence. Responsibilities: · Review, map, and evaluate current business processes, workflows, and value streams to identify areas of waste, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies. · Organize and lead small cross-functional process improvement project teams, manage tasks, monitor progress, ensure resource availability, and drive completion within scope and budget · Gather and document business requirements · Facilitate regular project team meetings when cross-functional teams are involved · Serve as primary contact for internal teams, managing expectations, and facilitating communication · Provide regular status updates, track metrics, and report insights to senior leadership · Identify risks, lead change initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of new processes/systems · Collaborates closely with department SMEs to design communication and implementation plans. · Establish best practices, create documentation, monitor post launch performance, and recommend improvements for efficiency · Maintains a pulse on operational processes and procedures and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. · Scale processes to support business growth · Other duties as assigned Requirements Education: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field/equivalent work experience required · Demonstrated use of project management methodologies (PMP Certification a plus) Experience: · Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence · Familiarity with process mapping software e.g. Visio and data analysis tools · Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution/logistics settings Benefits: We offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
