JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for a continuous Improvement and Project Co-ordinator to integrate into a high performing team with a drive for Continuous Improvement and growth. You will play a critical role in leading cross functional teams such as, EH&S, Quality, Engineering and operations to identify inefficiencies, implement Lean/ CI practices and co-ordinate key projects from initiation to commissioning. • Continuous Improvement Mindset – Skilled in lean principles, root cause analysis, and driving measurable improvements.
• Proven Project coordinator experience – A background in Project management from conception to delivery with an ability to prepare and interpret Gantt Charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Capable of building alignment across teams and clearly reporting on challenges, solutions, progress and Escalations.
• Excellent organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
