We’re looking for an Operations Excellence Business Partner to lead and drive process improvement initiatives across our Dry Creek site. This role is pivotal in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, delivering cost efficiencies and supporting technical challenges across the Southwest region. Purpose of the Role Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and initiatives Drive the Improvement Ideas Pipeline for both capital and non-capital projects Partner with site leadership to enhance operational performance and engagement Coach and mentor teams in lean methodologies and CI tools Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards About You The ideal candidate will have: 3–5 years experience in a Continuous Improvement role (FMCG preferred) Ability to influence without authority, challenge constructively and communicate clearly at all levels Results driven mindset Collaborative and Team-orientated approach Strong knowledge of CI tools and techniques Advanced computer/digital skills (Tableau, Power BI) Systems knowledge of SAP, OFS, SCADA or similar Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management skills Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology (desirable) Why Join Us?
