The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will support the Continuous Improvement Lead to deliver and embed organisation-wide improvement initiatives using established methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.   • Excellent leadership and communication skills (essential)

Responsibilities

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a highly motivated, Continuous Improvement Coordinator, who can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a natural drive to solve problems, optimise processes and elevate performance standards. They will bring to the role experience in the application of process control and system design principles. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, a natural curiosity for how things work, a passion for making things better, and is not afraid to ‘think big’ and be a ‘change-maker’.
