WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to help support our extreme growth plans. Roles/responsibilities for the CI Coordinator are:
· Production scheduling – manage production scheduling for more than 10 CNC machines, a manual machine work center, and gear fabrication. Work with purchasing to ensure raw material is on order/available for upcoming jobs.
· Production improvements – monitor production completion to schedule and identify/implement opportunities for improved efficiency in the shop floor.
· Quality Control – lead final QC prior to placing completed parts into inventory. Work with production team on root cause any

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and processes
  3. 3+ years production scheduling in a job shop environment
  4. 3+ years production in a fabrication environment – high proficiency reading drawings
  5. 3+ years quality control – ability to use calipers, micrometers, other measuring devices.
  6. ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
