Description
* 1. Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS capability framework to achieve site certification * 2. Facilitate CI project, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience. * 3. Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant * 4. Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design. * 5. Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping, value stream diagnostics, and best-practice sharing across departments. * 6. Develop and support governance mechanisms, including VOS maturity tracking, KPI alignment, and leadership engagement routines. * 7. Model a culture of ownership and empowerment by helping teams internalize Lean mindsets and behaviors that sustain progress over time. * 8. Support deployment across both cultural and tactical dimensions — from team-level coaching to enterprise system-level change. * 9.
