Job Description About you You are a strategic thinker and hands-on Continuous Improvement Engineer who is passionate about operational excellence. You enjoy identifying inefficiencies, uncovering root causes, and transforming them into streamlined, scalable, and high-performing workflows. You thrive in environments where structured methodologies, collaboration, and innovation drive measurable business impact. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 2+ years of experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives. Strong familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making. Advanced knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and business process reengineering. High proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Practical experience applying innovation frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies. Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement practices. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence customer experience through process transformation. Knowledge of Change Management techniques and experience participating in research and innovation processes. Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively across teams is required Intermediate English proficiency (B1+) You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Support the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of process improvement initiatives across the organization. Identify inefficiencies and apply structured improvement frameworks to standardize and optimize workflows. Ensure cross-functional teams align with newly defined processes, standards, and best practices. Manage timelines, deliverables, and phases of improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope and project plans. Drive optimized and consistent execution of process transformation projects to enhance customer and stakeholder experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and implement scalable, sustainable solutions. Monitor process performance and quality metrics to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented improvements.
