responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional Six Sigma projects that drive strategic business goals
• Guide and mentor Green Belts while promoting a culture of teamwork and ownership
• Analyze processes and apply advanced statistical tools to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate across departments to implement best practices and sustain results
• Conduct Six Sigma training and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure project execution is timely, data-driven, and aligned with the company vision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in math, science, or engineering
• 4-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combo
• Solid understanding of Six Sigma principles and statistical process control
• Proficiency in reading technical documents and writing reports
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
• Certification as a Black Belt (or willingness to achieve it)
