SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives across our operations. This role will lead cross-functional efforts to identify opportunities, implement lean methodologies, and support a culture of operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process improvement role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• IT proficiency
• Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, driven and capable of managing multiple projects

• Identify, develop, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement smart manufacturing strategies to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes
• Use Lean principles to eliminate waste and standardise processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and other senior teams to implement best practices.
• Spot and reduce workplace risks, supporting a culture of H&S
• Track and report on KPIs to monitor the impact of improvement initiatives.
