PIC Philippines, a Genus company, is looking for a Shared Services Lead to optimise and grow our Shared Service Centre (SSC) — delivering operational excellence and creating lasting business impact. This position is going to report to our Ortigas Office on a hybrid working arrangement. You Will Optimise and enhance shared services performance to deliver best-in-class service. Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs and dashboards to track delivery and identify improvement opportunities. Lead activity transitions and process standardisation across global teams. Champion continuous improvement, digital enablement and technology adoption. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, driving alignment and value creation. Coach and develop SSC professionals to build a high-performing, collaborative team. Requirements Basic Qualifications: (required) Degree in Business, Finance or related field Proven track record in Shared Services / Global Business Services operations, with at least five years relevant experience Working knowledge of Accounting and procure to pay processes Strong project management and change leadership skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to improvement. ERP systems knowledge Excellent communicator comfortable in a global, multicultural environment. Willingness to adopt a hybrid work set up with 44 work hours a week Preferred Qualifications: Lean/Six Sigma certification Experience in the use of Microsoft D365 an advantage Business Overview Genus is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer.
