We are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead, to join the Clawson family situated in the picturesque village of Long Clawson, just 6 miles from Melton Mowbray.
If you have experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean or Business Improvement, you could be a perfect fit for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operating over two sites, you will coordinate and lead Continuous Improvement programs by initiating multiple shopfloor cross-departmental improvement projects and analysing daily performance achievements. You will lead on boosting CI activities across production shopfloors and sustaining achieved performance improvements.
