Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Team – Continuous Improvement
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time hours. This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

TOP 3 SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Data Modelling / Use of statistical software to conduct this
  • Continuous Improvement (practical application of the DMAIC framework)
  • Stakeholder Engagement (senior level & mid level)

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:

Vitality Continuous Improvement Leads are accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belts. Black Belts are experts in statistical analysis, leaders, mentors, and strategic advisors.
Responsible for working closely with Product Delivery Executives, Heads of Portfolio and Product teams to consult, direct and advise on opportunities within their Product Delivery Streams. They will do this by a few methods, either by reacting to issues, problems or assumptions that have arisen within the journey (e.g. an OKR is underachieving) or by proactively using the data and resources available to identify opportunities.
