About the Role Atlas Pressure Control is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives across our Houston and Odessa locations. This role will drive organization-wide efficiency, identify and execute operational improvements, and build a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching and professional development. The ideal candidate brings a certified Lean Six Sigma, Gemba, or Obeya background and is equally comfortable on the shop floor as they are presenting improvement roadmaps to leadership. Key Responsibilities Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement initiatives across departments and locations, from root-cause analysis through full implementation Conduct regular Gemba walks and facilitate Obeya-style visual management practices to surface operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Partner with department leaders and field teams in both Houston and Odessa to standardize processes and reduce waste Design and deliver professional development programs that build continuous improvement capability across the organization, including training frontline supervisors and managers in CI methodologies Lead cross-functional kaizen events and improvement projects, tracking measurable outcomes (cost savings, cycle time reduction, quality improvements) Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of improvement initiatives organization-wide Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Lean/Six Sigma, Gemba, and Obeya methodologies Travel approximately 50% of the time between Houston and Odessa locations to support in-person implementation and training Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in process/continuous improvement roles, ideally within oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial environments Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Gemba, or Obeya methodology required Demonstrated track record of leading improvement projects from identification through execution and measurable results Experience designing and delivering training or professional development programs Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority Comfortable working across multiple sites and building relationships with both field staff and leadership Based in Houston or Odessa, TX, with willingness to travel approximately 50% between locations Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience in the oil and gas or industrial services sector Familiarity with visual management tools and 5S implementation Why Atlas Pressure Control?
