Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and lead supply chain improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Use project management tools to deliver improvement initiatives on time and within scope.
Create high-impact presentations and reports to communicate project status, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to identify and align improvement efforts.
Steer and coordinate project teams to deliver projects on time.
Facilitate continuous improvement workshops, process mapping, and Lean Six Sigma activities.
Support and steer the implementation of activities related to the S&OP process review and global S&OP pilot project.
Integrate sustainability review and coordination for supply chain to enable teams to steer actions and share the status of initiatives.
Facilitate communication and marketing of supply chain via teams channels and yammer/viva engage.
