Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Lead plant-wide CI strategy using Lean, Six Sigma, CQI, and data-driven methodologies Partner with top management to identify improvement opportunities, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives Lead and govern CI projects (DMAIC), ensuring delivery of financial and operational targets Monitor site KPIs and CI dashboards to ensure performance visibility and accountability Coach and mentor CI project leaders and cross-functional teams Establish and manage idea generation, evaluation, implementation, and recognition systems Drive digital transformation, automation, and data visualization initiatives (e.g. Power BI) Lead change management and build a strong continuous improvement culture Manage and develop CI team capability and performance Ensure compliance with EHS, corporate standards, and local regulations Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Science, or related field 8+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing with strong focus on CI, transformation, automation, or digitalization Minimum 3+ years of people management or leadership experience Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects as project leader Strong knowledge of Lean, SPC, Theory of Constraints, and advanced problem solving Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification Strong change management, stakeholder influence, and project management skills Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
