POSITION OVERVIEW

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze current processes and implement effective solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across various departments.
  • Facilitate training sessions on Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to employees.
  • Conduct regular assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster collaboration.
