JOB DESCRIPTION

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, process standardization, and efficiency improvements across the organization. This role will play a key part in implementing SKU harmonization, optimizing inventory solutions, and leading automation efforts to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders in operations, sales, distribution, and systems to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of SKU standardization efforts to improve inventory management and operational efficiency.
  • Provide data and support for optimizing servicing branches.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes across locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvements in operations and sales.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence through best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Act as a bridge between operational teams and system/process teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements.
  • Assist with managing and optimizing the use of TPP and Dexter products at all locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Assist in providing data and insights to enhance routing optimization efforts.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve productivity.
  • Identify and alleviate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies to enhance workflow and service delivery.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and lead initiatives despite uncertainty, leveraging problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders across operations, sales, and distribution to drive alignment and execution of improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Able to travel up to 40%
