QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10–15 years of process improvement or operations transformation experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification (required)
  • Public utility or government agency experience (preferred)
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Continuous Improvement Consultant to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will help transform the Client’s service delivery models in preparation for upcoming high-profile events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and DMAIC-based improvement projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop future-state process designs
  • Deliver Yellow and Green Belt level trainings to client staff
  • Coach teams in continuous improvement tools and cultural change
  • Develop project charters, maps, training decks, and executive summaries
