CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MGR, SHELBYVILLE, TN - PAID RELOCATION

The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive and support all continuous improvement initiatives in the plants, providing leadership and expertise in CI processes and in the 3 drivers of CI: Technical, Management Infrastructure and mindset & behavior.

KNOWLEDGE :

• Demonstrated knowledge of : Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques, autonomous teams, performance management, change management, quality methods, methods & industrialization, logistic flows, diagnostics (data collection and analysis) and basic financial principles
• Good level of English is mandatory

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

• Engineering / Technical or Business Degree
• Significant experience in consumer goods manufacturing industry
• Previous experience in successful CI project management
• Experience in management and team development
• Experience as a change agent
• International experience
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
