Job Description: Convenient Fitzroy location Permanent, Full Time opportunity Challenging and rewarding work environment About the Role This role leads the Continuous Improvement (CI) function to drive measurable improvements in operational, clinical, and patient flow outcomes across the hospital. The position provides leadership to a small CI team and plays a key role in shaping and delivering the hospital’s improvement agenda. The Manager, Continuous Improvement acts as a visible improvement leader, building capability across the organisation, maintaining a strong cadence of A3 improvement work, and supporting services to embed sustainable improvement practices.
