Job Description The CI/Process Analyst supports discovery, analysis, redesign, and measurement activities across the engagement. This role ensures improvements are evidence‑based, measurable, and sustainable. Key Responsibilities Conduct document assessments, workflow analyses, and failure mode evaluations. Develop journey maps, baseline metrics, and improvement recommendations. Support pilot testing, A/B comparisons, and usability validations. Assist with KPI definition, data collection, and reporting (RFT, errors, cycle time, variability). Contribute to the Cognitive Design Playbook and sustainability plan. Qualifications Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative). Ability to interpret operational data, error trends, and compliance metrics. Experience in lean, human factors, or continuous improvement methodologies. Skills in visual modeling (journey maps, heat maps, process flows).
