We’re seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Program Manager to champion operational excellence and lead our company-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Richmond General Manager, this leader will design, launch, and sustain a CI program that drives measurable impact in efficiency, quality, and culture.

Lead the Program: Create and implement the strategy, structure, and documentation for a sustainable CI program.
Inspire and Mentor Teams: Engage cross-functional groups, coach leaders and employees, and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
