HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE? SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

• You have a degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline or business management
• You are a recognized leader with change management experience
• You have a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience in continuous improvement and specialize in the Kaizen approach & Problem Solving
• You have proven capability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts.
• You have demonstrated capability in leading change as demonstrated by experience and results
• You are an expert facilitator with a high amount of communication & influencing skill
• You are fluent in IT systems and have a desire to support the development of IT based solutions
• You must be able to travel to our various facilities to deploy the BOE model
• You have proven track record teaching & coaching Kaizen & Problem solving
• You are able to work in both English and French (ideal)
