Are you passionate about driving efficiency, reducing waste, and making meaningful process improvements? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team and support ongoing Lean initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Denver, PA, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful changes.

• Identify and deliver service improvements using Lean tools and innovative thinking
• Conduct time studies and create time study audits
• Facilitate Kaizen events and support continuous improvement workshops
• Collaborate with engineering and IT to explore new equipment and tools
• Analyze production data to uncover efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
• Assist in developing process audits and improvement plans
• Research software and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Document best practices and support process standardization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
