Responsibilities

  • Determines objectives, baseline and target performance for improvement initiatives.
  • Systematically identifies, gathers, and analyzes pertinent information to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrates effective use of appropriate processes and tools to achieve results.
  • Effectively leads/facilitates multidisciplinary teams to achieve targeted results.
  • Effectively supports area leadership and staff in achieving expected results.
  • Effectively supports area leadership and staff in hardwiring and sustaining improvements.
  • Effectively supports leadership in spread and sustainment of best practices.
  • Develops effective team leaders by demonstrating the ability to effectively teach / transfer knowledge of process improvement principles, processes, and tools.
  • Senior- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of performance improvement principles, processes and methods.
  • Senior- Develops and coordinates training plan for interns and department staff.
  • Senior- Teaches, coaches and mentors Performance Improvement Specialists in performance improvement principles, processes and tools.
