In this role you will:

  • Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
  • Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
  • Manage and support process improvement projects
  • Implement and monitor KPIs
  • Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
  • Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
  • At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement’s team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
  • Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
  • Good knowledge of the English;
  • Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
  • Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
