Including coaching and training various departments to identify continuous improvement projects, coaching various departments to make project registration forms and registration management, regularly collect and report the data of each project activity, regularly report the project progress of each department and request the department which didn't hit the target to analyze and improve, and calculate the performance of each project, calculating monthly project income and project member bonuses according to regulations, and organizing “monthly”, “quarterly” and “yearly” summary meetings for continuous improvement projects.  III. Job Functions and Duties  NO.Representative Duties1Coach and train departments to identify continuous improvement projects.2Coaching various departments to make continuous improvement project registration forms and register management.3Responsible for training the company's middle and senior management staff on lean-related knowledge and assessment,4Responsible for monitoring the operation of the five-star team activity and formulating correction plans,5Calculate the income of each continuous improvement project every month, calculate the bonus of project members according to the regulations, submit it to the general manager for approval and then send it to the personnel department for distribution.6Organize the "monthly", "quarterly" and "yearly" summary meeting of the continuous improvement project, and report to the company the results of the continuous improvement project and the deficiencies in the process.7Carry out lean production management knowledge training according to the current situation and the requirements of supervisors8Complete temporary work assignments assigned by immediate supervisor as required.IⅤ. Work Environment: Offices, production sites, where employees are occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
