The Opportunity:
As you work in an accounts recievable role, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

• Track and review new jobs for accuracy and completeness
• Populate approved jobs (contracts) in accounting and payroll systems.
• Compile work completed and prepare AIA progress billings
• Track pending contract changes / Extra work and billing
• Coordinate with our customers concerning billing and contract issues.
• Maintain accurate records of contract, billed and unpaid amounts
• Ensure all administrative contractual requirements are met
• Other reporting contractually required by our customers
• Revise job budgets and margins as necessary
• Prepare weekly management reports
• Provide input on processes, procedures and improvement
