This role focuses on accurate contract creation, validation, and compliance, while contributing to efficient billing, payment processes, and month-end activities. The position is based in Pune and involves collaboration with cross-functional and international stakeholders.What you’ll do Create and modify contracts accurately within agreed timelinesValidate contract terms prior to billing and payment postingsEnsure strong accounting compliance and adherence to internal controlsSupport month-end closing (MEC) processesResolve stakeholder and landlord queries with a first-time-right approachCoordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure timely contract postingsSupport local market teams in contract creation and payment processesContribute to process improvements and reduced payment cycle timesWork with SAP systems where applicableWho you are Proficient in German (reading, writing, and speaking) with a minimum of B2 level certificationGraduate in Commerce with 3–5 years of experience in Accounts ReceivableStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesExperience working in a multinational environmentConfident in stakeholder management and communicationProficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office toolsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and complianceNot a perfect fit?
