Overview The Contract Account Representative I is expected to be hands-on and knowledgeable in business systems and products being offered by the business. S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 24-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team's key initiatives supporting goals and objectives.
